When you use a Brio Realty agent when buying or selling a home we guarantee to totally blow away your service expectations. If, after the transaction is closed, you do not feel 100% satisfied, send us a note about your experience and we will give you $300.
On the other hand, if you were completely satisfied with our services and would like to share your experience with other prospective home buyers and sellers, send us a letter about your experience and we will send both you and your agent a $100 gift certificate to a nice local restaurant!
With either letter please include:
• How you first heard about Brio Realty
• A detailed account of your experiences
• Your current mailing address
• Your daytime telephone number

Limitations
All co-buyers and co-sellers agree that this guarantee is limited to one $500.00 satisfaction guarantee payment per property transaction. Guarantee claims must be received postmarked to Brio Realty within 60 days of the close of escrow. Terms and conditions of this guarantee are subject to change and/or discontinuation without notice.
