BrioRealty collects personally identifiable information from you in order to respond to your requests for services and to offer real estate information or auxilary real estate related services. Depending on the services you request, the information we collect from you may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, zip code, e-mail address, telephone number, when you plan to buy or sell, and information about which properties you are requesting information on.
Brio Realty strives to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients, and from time to time we may experience more demand for these services than we can successfully service. In this event your personal information may be shared with third party real estate service providers including, but not limited to, real estate agents & brokers, mortgage providers, title insurance providers, escrow/lawyer closing services, and home warranty providers.
We use cookies. Cookies are used to store a session ID for tracking users as they move through the web site after logging on. If a user does not accept cookies, they will not be able to register on our web site or re-log in as a registered user.
By requesting information or services from Brio Realty, you give Brio Realty permission to transfer your information, as necessary, to the appropriate parties, so that they can provide you with the services you require. All personal information you provide to Brio Realty may be made available to your Agent or any other Brio Realty. The various lending institutions, title companies and other service providers involved in your real estate transaction may each have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your personal information.
Brio Realty may disclose personally identifiable information when we believe that the law requires it. For instance, in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
We may disclose personally identifiable information to SoCalMLS or NWMLS according to their MLS rules and guidelines.
If you would ever like your personal information removed from our database please send that request to support@briorealty.com with the subject like 'Remove Me Completely". If you wish to be opted out from all bulk email sent from Brio Realty to registered users send that request to support@briorealty.com with the subject line "Remove from Bulk Emails". We may be required by law to retain certain personally identifiable or demographic information about you even if you choose to delete your account.
What general information is collected and how is it used.
When you visit www.briorealty.com, our computer system, will automatically log some basic information about you and your computer, including, but not limited to, your IP address, operating system and browser software. We do not connect this information directly to you and use it solely for demographic information to help make the end user experience on our website as good as possible.
