Beacon Hill real estate is a hillside neighborhood in the southeastern bounds of Seattle, Washington. The municipal higher ups have subdivided the area into four regions; two named North and South Beacon Hill respectively, and the other two named Mid-Beacon Hill and Holly Park. As the name suggests, Holly Park, currently known as New Holly was converted in the 1950s into public housing. It also comprises a learning center, a branch of Seattle Public Library, community-building activities, and more. It's a well-known fact that Beacon Hill was once the home headquarters of the famous online e-commerce website, Amazon. Today, Beacon Hill remains as a beautiful neighborhood in the Puget Sound region.Further, the hillside area makes for a spectacular view of downtown Seattle.
On the history side, Beacon Hill isn't to be left behind as well. In fact, the Turner-Koepf House in Beacon Hill is on the list of National Register of Historic Places. In between Holgate and Hanford, early settlers included the Duwamish tribes and the European explorers in the 1850s. What's more, Harwood Young of Boston, Massachusetts came and named the place after the Beacon Hill. It was even nicknamed as the Boeing Hill in the 50s, because of the world-known Boeing series, which had its first factory nearby. From then on, the suburbs began to grow at amazing rates, and the neighborhood just blossomed with life.
