What sets Loyal Heights apart from all the other suburbs in Seattle? Well, for one, it's pretty packed with houses. It's your average suburban residence and thats what it is. However, there are more amazing things about this place that doesn't immediately come to the surface. Let's start with recreation. In a place this big and a place this packed, you would normally search the blocks to find a recreational area. That's not a very difficult thing to do in Loyal Heights.Loyal Heights is served by seven major community areas. Some of which are the adjacent Salmon Bay, Sunset Hill, Golden Gardens, Carkeek, and Woodland. The marina that opens up front the suburbs is a great place to prospect for water adventure. You can just see the clear, blue waters come to life with activity from afar. There are yacht clubs, sporting stores, and many other places you would want to visit. The Paseo Caribbean gives you a taste of the Caribbean even as you enjoy the cool Pacific Breeze saturating inland from the Puget Sound waters. If you're worried about accessibility, don't be. You can get here through Phinney Ridge or Freemont if you're coming from the South. West Woodland also crosses the river through the 15th Ave, and shortly takes you to major access routes in downtown Seattle.
