Seward Park is a southeast Seattle neighborhood, located to the west of the park of the same name. The neighborhood is bordered by Lake Washington to the east, South Genesee Street to the north, South Kenyon Street to the south and Rainier Avenue South to the west. Seward Park is an alluring place with a lot of hidden charm and ethnic diversity. The biggest fascination of this neighborhood is the Seward Park. The park occupies all of Bailey peninsula and has a 2.5-mile paved walking, running and biking path. Hiking trails, swimming areas, boat launches, playgrounds, and an arts center are among the other attractions of this park.
Seward has some amazing dining places which include Caffe Vita coffee and Zesto burgers. The neighborhood also hosts Seward Park Community Club which is rented out for meetings, parties and dances. Seward Park not only has recreational facilities but is well equipped with educational facilities as well. Whitworth and Graham Hill elementary schools are located at the heart of the community. Families moving to Seward are relieved of the tension of finding new schools for their children. Easily accessible to basic amenities and having the best natural sites, Seward Park is the best place to live in.
