The Victory Heights neighborhood is a great area for people who are looking to save some money when it comes to locating real estate for sale in north Seattle. Victory Heights is bordered by Olympic Hills to the north, Pontiac Bay to the east, Maple Leaf to the southwest, and Northgate to the west. Each year in August, Lake City celebrates Pioneer Days, featuring a salmon bake, parade and other family-friendly entertainment.
